On the Ball

Utilization of a Swiss ball during this strengthening class adds a different dimension to your exercise regime and complements many other training programs.  The ball provides and unstable base, allowing more than one muscle group to be active at any one time.  The brain and muscles have to concentrate on balance as well as the exercise being performed.  What can result?  Improved posture, muscle tone, and greater strength of the active stabilizing muscles are some benefits.
