Hula-hooping is an exercise that activates the body, mind and spirit. Hoop Dance increases core and back strength, sculpts muscles and boosts cardiovascular endurance while developing balance and coordination. It is a great way to have fun and relieve stress and can burn nearly as many calories as running but remains low-impact on the joints. You’ll have so much fun; you won’t even realize you’re working out!
Summer sessions will meet Tuesday & Thursday evenings from 5:30-6:30 pm during each of the following sessions, you may sign up for one or multiple sessions.
