Studio Jam

Dance your way fit and find yourself smiling while you sweat in this combination class.  Studio Jam includes part kick-boxing, part hip-hop and jazz dance and part aerobic and strength work all set to music sure to get you jammin.   Start with a full-body warm up followed by a series of punches, kicks and power-toning moves to sculpt your body.  Easy to follow and fun choreography will help you re-energize your before you’re on your way!
